Oak Springs is located
in the town of Sorrento, Florida, in the heart of the
vacation mecca of central Florida. Bustling Orlando,
with its myriad attractions, is less than an hour away.
Seven
miles to the west of Oak Springs you'll find Mount
Dora. Nestled high above a magnificent chain of lakes,
this tranquil and attractive little city is noted for
its historic homes, antique shops and gourmet dining.
There's many an afternoon of browsing through this quaint
and well-preserved village.
Fourteen miles to the
east of Oak Springs is the new Sanford Towne Center
Mall, which hosts a variety of department and specialty
stores. Six miles to the north of Oak Springs you will
find the city of Apopka,
the indoor foliage capital of the world.
DIRECTIONS
From I-4, take SR 46 (Mount Dora exit).
Go west approximately 14 miles, then turn left
onto CR 435 (Mt. Plymouth Road). Oak Springs is
1.3 miles on your left.
From US 441 E, turn west on RR 46 and
go approximately 11 miles. Turn right onto CR
435 (Mt. Plymouth Road). Oak Springs is 1.3 miles
on your left.
From Apopka, take Park Ave./Rock Springs
Rd. north 7 miles to Kelly Park Rd. Turn left,
go 4/10s of a mile and bear right at CR 435 (Mt.
Plymouth Road). Oak Springs is 3 miles on the
right.
